We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in Google Ads and a passion for campaign optimization.

Role Responsibilities
Manage, optimize, and analyze Google Ads campaigns for performance improvement
Identify optimization opportunities based on KPIs and business goals
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
Maintain a high level of service and communication with stakeholders
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign results

Requirements
German speaker
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good level of English
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive manner
