Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve account, service, and general support enquiries

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

  • Follow quality and productivity targets

Requirements

  • Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

  • English proficiency B2 minimum

  • Customer service experience is advantageous

  • Availability to relocate to Lisbon

  • EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization

Schedule

40 hours per week
Rotational shifts between 08:00–22:00
