Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve account, service, and general support enquiries
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
Follow quality and productivity targets
Requirements
Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
English proficiency B2 minimum
Customer service experience is advantageous
Availability to relocate to Lisbon
EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization
What's on Offer
Salary: EUR 1049 gross x12 months
