DANISH & English | Digital and Safety Analyst position based in Bulgaria

We are currently expanding our operations and are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Job Overview:

As a Digital and Safety Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and efficiency of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing safety-related data, identifying risks, and implementing measures to protect our users and digital environments. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess digital activity to identify safety risks, violations, and potentially harmful content

• Review reports and conduct investigations into safety incidents and suspicious behavior on our platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce safety protocols and digital best practices

• Analyze data and generate reports on trends, incidents, and user behavior to improve safety measures

• Contribute to the development and improvement of automated tools and systems for safety monitoring

• Support escalations from customer service teams regarding safety-related concerns

• Stay up to date with current digital safety trends, online threats, and regulatory requirements

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding user safety and data protection

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Slovak is a plus

• Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Media, or a related field preferred

  Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, trust & safety, or data analysis is a strong asset

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment
