Are you a native-level Slovak speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company?

This is a full-time customer support role based on-site in Athens, where you will support international users in Slovak and English while building your career in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve account, service, and general support queries

Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience

Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

Requirements

Slovak proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

English proficiency B2–C2

Customer service experience advantageous

Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

What's on Offer

Salary: €1300–1500 gross per month – salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
