Requirements:
Fluent Dutch (native or C1+) and good English (B2+)
Must be located in Portugal
EU work permit / eligible to work in Portugal
Reliable internet & home setup for remote work
Flexible with rotational shifts (Mon–Sun, 07:00–23:00)
