Are you ready to turn curiosity into business opportunities? As a Sales Consultant – Lead Development, youll connect with potential customers, create interest in our solutions, and generate new business opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Youll work with outbound and inbound channels like phone, email, and LinkedIn, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing smaller deals independently. If you love sales, tech, and problem-solving, this role is for you!

Full-time | Berlin | Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Languages: German (C1) + English (B2)
Salary: €3,100 gross/month + up to €700 bonus every month

🎯 Your Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to buy.
  • Present digital solutions clearly, showing value and tailoring your approach.
  • Run outbound campaigns to grow a strong sales pipeline.
  • Close smaller sales opportunities or hand over larger deals efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft).

🎯 What You Bring

Youre a great fit if you:

  • Speak German (C1) and English (B2) fluently.
  • Have B2B tech sales experience
  • Work independently, stay organized, and manage your time well.
  • Are a communication talent, engaging customers with confidence and charm.
  • Enjoy sales, persuasion, and helping customers find the right solutions.
  • Can work with CRM databases and technical tools.
  • Are motivated to learn and grow continuously.
