Your Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Represent the brand with professionalism and empathy
Requirements

French level B2C1 (native preferred for some roles)

English level B1B2

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in customer service (preferred, not required)

EU citizenship or valid work visa

Willingness to relocate to Greece, Spain, or Portugal
