About the Role:
We are looking for multilingual Customer Support Representatives to join an international team based in Greece.
You'll provide high-quality support on behalf of a global client, assisting customers via phone, chat, or email while ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in any of the mentioned languages
- Provide accurate product or service information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Record all interactions in the internal system
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian, French, or Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (C1/C2)
Good command of English (B1/B2+)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
