Job Description:
We are urgently seeking Technical Customer Support Specialists to assist customers with product features, technical issues, and inquiries related to e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity. You will be the voice of a well-known client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through various communication channels (voice, email, chat). This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.

Contract: CDD 6 months
Work Mode: On-site
Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Rotational), Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 1000 per 14 months + 120 per 12 months
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
