Are you an Italian Native speaker with solid English skills (B2), passionate about tech and helping others? Join our dynamic team in Lisbon and deliver exceptional technical support for a well-known client (confidential).
What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
- Resolve product and software-related problems with a customer-first approach
- Collaborate with technicians and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain brand consistency in all communications and manage your ticket queue ️
Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (rotational)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
What We Offer:
- Salary: 1,000 (14 months)
- Additional Benefits: 120 /month + 7.23 /day for meals
- Relocation Package: Room in a shared apartment (280 /month, all utilities included) + reimbursement for airfare up to 400
