About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer service for one of our international clients operating in sectors such as tech, travel, digital services, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely solutions

  • Document customer interactions using internal CRM systems

  • Ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction

  • Follow company procedures, KPIs, and service guidelines

  • Collaborate with your team to support continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • Native or C2 level German

  • English B1/B2 for internal communication

  • Already living in Malta or open to relocation

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts if required

  • Motivation to grow in an international, multicultural environment
