Requirements

• Native or C2 level Dutch

• English B1/B2 for internal communication

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset (previous customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory)

• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal

• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon
