Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with product information, orders, and general service-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work either on-site in Athens or remotely from within Greece.
