Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with product information, orders, and service-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
