As a Spanish Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customers' questions or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work within a team to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Record customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
