As a Spanish Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to customers' questions or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.
