What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (C1 level or higher, spoken and written).
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
