Job Description:
As a German Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing them with accurate information. You will be part of a collaborative team, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.

- Work closely with the team to achieve performance targets.
- Provide product and service information when needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) native or near-native level.
- English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
