Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) English proficiency is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory we provide comprehensive training.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Must be eligible to work in Portugal (work permit/visa sponsorship not provided).
