Job Title: Client Solutions Consultant (German & English)

Location: Remote (Based in Bulgaria)

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Client Solutions Consultant with fluency in German and English to join our team remotely in Bulgaria. As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation and support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Analyze customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Assist with the onboarding and training of new clients.

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting, customer support, or account management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
