We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish to join our team in Lisbon. This is an on-site position, and we are seeking local candidates only. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Good level of English for internal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon. (Local candidates only)
  • Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
