Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in Portuguese.
• C2 level proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., English, French, German, Spanish, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required.
