• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Adhere to company procedures and collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Greek (written and spoken).
• Good command of English for communication and training purposes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
