Your responsibilities

• Review user-generated back-office content, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing material, and ensure it complies with established policies
• Take prompt, appropriate action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks
• Stay up to date on internal policies and apply them accurately
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks

What we're looking for

• Fluent German (required)
• English at B2 level or higher (required)
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable processing sensitive information
• Ability to defend decisions and explain them with clear, logical reasoning
• Ability to spot behavioral patterns that improve decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills for shifting priorities and high work volumes
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other inappropriate content is an advantage
