German Customer Support Agent (Relocation Support Provided)

We are looking for highly fluent German speakers to support customers for a major global retail brand. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build an international career while living in vibrant, coastal Umhlanga.

What you will do
Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product-related queries
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Escalate complex issues when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Meet quality and customer satisfaction performance targets

What we require
German fluency at B2–C2 level (advanced, confident, and accurate communication skills)
Strong English communication abilities
Matric (Grade 12)
Valid permission to work in South Africa
Clear criminal and credit records
Previous customer service or call centre experience (retail experience advantageous)
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Basic computer literacy
