💼 What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for users, helping them navigate and optimize their search engine experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with precision and care.
• Collaborate with an energetic team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and processes.

🕒 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (rotational)
• Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) and a good command of English.
