Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Google's advertising solutions for the German-speaking market. You won't just be selling; you will be consulting with business owners and decision-makers to solve their growth challenges.

• Consultative Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Google Ads strategies.
• Pipeline Management: Manage your portfolio, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Strategy Implementation: Guide clients through the setup and optimization of their campaigns to ensure long-term success.
• Market Growth: Actively engage with the German market to expand our client base and service adoption.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in German (written and verbal).
• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or advertising solutions.
• Digital Mindset: A strong interest or background in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), Google Ads, and online marketing trends.
• Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn complex technical data into actionable business advice.
• Results-Oriented: A drive to exceed targets and a passion for hitting KPIs.
