Schedule

  • Initial Schedule: Monday to Sunday 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotative shifts) 2 rotative days off
  • Future Schedule (TBC by client):24/7 operation – Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)

About the Role

You will represent a leading global e-commerce brand, providing high-quality customer support to Czech- and English-speaking customers. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform well during high-volume periods such as promotional seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Remain knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and service standards.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and rational decision-making in every interaction.
  • Manage customer contacts efficiently, especially during peak and campaign periods.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Czech and English.

Profile & Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech and fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Resilience and flexibility to handle high contact volumes.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: €920 gross per month (14 months)

Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day

Equivalent to €45 per month (paid over 11 months)

Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (Czech language)

Paid in 12 equal monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
