About the Role:
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant fluent in Polish and English to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist users with non‑technical issues related to Google digital services such as Play Store purchases, account access, payment inquiries, family settings, and content services including Books and Movies.
You will provide professional customer support, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and ensure a positive experience while using Google products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for Google services via designated support channels
- Assist users with non‑technical troubleshooting related to Google Play Store, GPay, Google for Families, Books, Movies, and other services
- Guide customers through account, payment, and content-related inquiries
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment
Training:
Training will be conducted on-site before starting the role.
Relocation Package:
- €1,500 Gross Relocation Bonus (paid in two instalments) to support relocation and initial rental costs
- 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival
- Assistance in finding long‑term housing
