Your Mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in generating and developing business opportunities for cloud-based solutions. Your primary focus will be building a strong sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business clients.
You will communicate with decision-makers via phone and email, understand their business needs, and introduce them to cloud solutions that can help improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
This role focuses on lead generation, prospecting, upselling, retention, and client engagement rather than closing final contracts.

Cloud Storage – secure storage for files, documents, videos, and business data

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB market
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls and emails
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Engage decision-makers and understand client business needs
Present cloud products, upgrades, and service benefits
Support upselling, retention, and renewal activities
Educate clients on cloud technologies and available solutions
Update and manage customer interactions within CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer engagement strategies
Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious and commercially driven professionals who are confident communicators and eager to grow in the tech industry.
Language Requirements
Italian: C1 level minimum (Native preferred)
English: C1 Business English level
Experience
- Previous experience in:

Account Management
is highly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong accountability and ownership mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Persuasive and confident communication style
High motivation and target-oriented attitude
Good PC and internet navigation skills
Understanding of cloud services and online technologies
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
