Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium first-line support to Swiss customers via inbound channels
• Handle billing, subscription, and product-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions

Requirements

• Fluent / Native German (C1-C2)
• Good conversational English (for internal communication)
• Strong customer focus and clear communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset or willingness to develop consultative selling skills
