Salary & Bonus Package
Base salary: €1,300 gross/month
Productivity bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary (based on KPIs)
Meal allowance: Edenred Ticket Restaurant up to €100/month

About the Project
Join one of the world's largest online travel portals, used by millions of customers to book flights, hotels, and travel services worldwide. As a German-Speaking Travel Support Agent, you will support travelers before, during, and after their trips, ensuring a smooth, stress-free booking experience.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy travel-related problem solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Your Role as a Travel Support Expert
You will act as a first point of contact for travelers, supporting them across the full booking lifecycle via phone, email, and chat.
Main travel-related contact drivers include:
Flight, hotel, and package cancellations & modifications
Refunds, charge inquiries, and payment clarifications
Assistance with existing reservations
Handling travel-related complaints and service recovery
Supporting partner/extranet accounts
Responding to reviews and information requests
You will support customers primarily in German, with English overflow (1%–90%) depending on daily demand. English is also used for systems, training, and internal communication.
Language Requirements
German: C1 or native-level fluency (mandatory)
English: B2+ (training, tools, and overflow support)
