Contract Type: Fixed‑Term Employment Contract (12 months, extendable)

About the Role

We are looking for professional Russian & English Interpreters to provide high‑quality interpretation services across multiple sectors, including Insurance, Legal, and Medical (General & Forensic).

This is a technical and accuracy‑critical role, where clear, precise communication is essential. Interpreters will support communication between parties via phone and video channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and professional interpretation between Russian and English
• Handle specialized interpretation requests in:
  • Insurance
  • Legal
  • Medical (General & Forensic)
• Ensure confidentiality, neutrality, and compliance with professional standards
• Manage calls via phone and video interpretation platforms
• Follow established quality and performance guidelines

Training

• Duration: 3 weeks
• Language: English
• Schedule: 8 hours/day (start time between 08:30 – 09:30, depending on group)
• Includes:
  • System and software training
  • Product and service knowledge
  • Customer communication and call handling
  • On‑the‑job practice

Training is paid upon successful completion

No compensation if training is terminated early by the candidate

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Rotational shifts (24/7 operation)
• 8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour lunch break
• Rotating days off

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Gross Compensation (example – 22 working days):

• Base Salary: €920.00
