The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our policyholders receive the support they need with professionalism and empathy.
What We Offer
Competitive Base Salary: 1100€ per month (paid over 14 months).
Performance Bonus: Up to 100€ per month (paid over 12 months) based on your targets.
Attendance Bonus: 100€ per month (paid over 11 months) to reward your reliability.
Meal Allowance: 7.60€ for every working day (in addition to your salary).
Work-Life Balance: Guaranteed weekends off.
Work Schedule
Days: Monday to Friday.
Hours: Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM.
Note: We operate during bank holidays to ensure continuous support for our clients.
Time Off: Weekends are always yours to enjoy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to insurance policyholders via phone, email, or chat.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general account information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
Who You Are
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
A problem-solver with a patient and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service.
Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
