Your Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers using rental vehicle services. You will assist customers throughout their rental journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Assist customers with reservations, bookings, rental modifications, and general account-related questions

Provide support regarding rental agreements, vehicle availability, billing inquiries, and service policies

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Accurately document interactions and update customer records

Follow company procedures and quality standards

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

Language Requirements

German – Fluent (C1-C2)

English – Good working level (B2 or higher)

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
