About the Role
Are you driven by targets, energized by outbound sales, and excited about digital advertising? As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
Your mission is to identify and qualify potential advertisers, spark their interest in digital advertising solutions, and book high-quality meetings for the Partner Manager team. Through structured outbound campaigns, you'll engage decision-makers, understand their business goals, and lay the foundation for successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and meet daily/weekly outreach and meeting booking goals.
- Identify high-potential SMB advertisers and generate qualified meetings for Partner Managers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and cold outreach to marketing decision-makers and business owners.
- Quickly build rapport, assess advertising needs, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualification & Value Communication
- Understand prospects' business objectives, marketing challenges, and investment readiness.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of digital advertising solutions to generate interest.
- Ensure prospects are well-informed and engaged prior to the Partner Manager's strategy discussion.
Collaboration & CRM Management
- Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure smooth handovers, sharing detailed prospect insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities).
- Contribute to individual and team KPIs related to productivity, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
- Document customer insights and relevant deal information for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English (written and spoken).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Track record of achieving quotas in a phone-based sales environment.
- Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts and booking qualified meetings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey value clearly and persuasively.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, or similar.
