Work Schedule

  • Work Hours: 09:00 – 21:00
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (rotational within the time window)

Salary & Growth

  • Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300.00
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary, based on target achievement

Salary Progression

  • After 12 months of employment: Gross salary increases to €1,400.00
  • After 3 years of employment: Gross salary increases to €1,450.00

(Salary increases apply from the first available payroll cycle after eligibility is completed.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex cases when required, ensuring timely resolution
  • Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge and improve processes
  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations, company policies, and quality standards

Language Skills

  • German: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
  • English: Intermediate level (B2)
