Sales Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) – Global Home‑Sharing Platform

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full‑time (39 hours/week)

We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Specialist to join a growing sales team supporting one of the world's leading home‑sharing and travel platforms. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new hosts and partners, helping expand the platform's professional host network.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective hosts, presenting the value of the platform, guiding them through the onboarding process, and building long‑term relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is target‑driven, proactive, and passionate about sales and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, research, and contact potential hosts and partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process and help them understand the platform's benefits and tools.

Relationship Management

  • Build trust quickly with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
  • Educate prospects on platform features, market opportunities, and best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Pipeline Management

  • Manage and progress leads through the sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Accurately record sales activities and client information in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Provide insights and feedback based on market interactions.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (experience in travel, property, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus).
  • Native or C2 German and C1 English proficiency.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales and managing high volumes of leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and customer‑focused mindset.
