In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing expert guidance, and combining service excellence with a proactive, sales-oriented approach.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Support: Provide inbound support via phone for banking-related inquiries.
  • Technical Guidance: Assist customers with Phone Banking ID setup, T-PIN, and app configurations.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact for retail service inquiries.
  • Proactive Engagement: Present our product range in an engaging way and support marketing campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation:
  • Monthly Base Salary: €1,100 (paid over 14 months).
  • Performance Bonus: Up to €200/month (paid over 12 months).
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (approx. €2,014.32 annually).
  • Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from outside Portugal):
  • Accommodation: Stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (all utilities included) for a monthly fee of €280 (deducted from payslip).
  • Travel: Airfare reimbursement (economy class) up to €400, provided after 6 months of employment.
  • Note: Relocation support for those already inside Portugal is reserved for specific Tiers (German, Nordics, and Dutch).
  • Work-Life Balance:
  • Initial Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including bank holidays).
  • Future Flexibility: Potential for rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Two days off every week (guaranteed Saturday and Sunday).

Who You Are

  • Linguistically Proficient: German at C1 level (native/near-native) and English at B2 level (fluent).
  • Professional: Excellent communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive banking information with confidentiality.
  • Service & Sales Minded: You enjoy solving problems and possess a natural aptitude for sales-oriented customer service.
  • Growth-Oriented: Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we value potential, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
