Content Moderator – Romanian

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Planned evening shift to be introduced: 13:00 – 22:00
• Future possibility of a 24/7 schedule

Salary:

• 1000€ gross/month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Welcome Bonus:

Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Relocation Support:

• Candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during interview)
• No flight ticket included
• Relocation within Portugal only available for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordic languages, and Dutch)

Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. This includes identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful material.

Important Notice:

This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates should have strong emotional resilience and the ability to maintain professional judgment when reviewing such material.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian (C1/C2)
• Good English skills (B2 or higher)
• Ability to work on-site in Porto
• Strong attention to detail and responsible decision-making
