Inbound Telesales (Italian Speaking)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inbound Telesales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. Your core mission will be to manage incoming inquiries and convert them into successful sales of subscriptions and products. You will act as the voice of our services, building strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls: Efficiently receive and manage incoming customer inquiries.
• Drive Sales: Present offers, highlight product value, and effectively close sales for subscriptions and related products.
• Consultative Approach: Ask the right questions to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and clarify any product or subscription-related doubts.
• Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of service while handling customer concerns or complaints with patience and professional issue-resolution skills.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with two options depending on your housing needs:

• Option 1: With Company Accommodation (Total Monthly Gross: €1,040.66)
• Option 2: Without Company Accommodation (Total Monthly Gross: €1,240.66)

Monthly Breakdown:

• Base Salary: €760.00
• Meal Allowance: €154.00
• Holiday & Christmas Allowances: €63.33 each
• Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00 (varies based on targets)

Additional Benefits:

• Training Pay: Receive a daily allowance of €18.56 (Gross) during the initial 10-day training program.
• Health Insurance: Provided from day one.
• Stability: 12-month renewable contract, leading to a permanent position after 2 years.

Relocation & Accommodation Package

For candidates living more than 100km from Lisbon, we provide a full housing solution:

• Company-Provided Apartment: Eligible for the first 14 months of employment.
• Fully Equipped: Apartments come furnished with a kitchen, living area, cable TV, and wireless internet.
• Utilities Covered: We pay for water, gas, electricity, and internet (within reasonable usage limits).
• Convenience: Located within 20–60 minutes of the office; move-in ready with essential linens provided.
• Note: Pets are not permitted in company-provided housing.

Training & Working Conditions

• Training: A comprehensive 10-day program (8 hours/day in English) covering software, product knowledge, and customer management.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break).
• Rotating shifts: Monday–Friday (07:00–19:00) and Saturday (08:00–17:00).
• Holidays: Standard public holidays observed; compensatory days provided for any holiday work.
