Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 10:00 – 18:00
  • Weekends off
  • Remote work from home (within Greece)

Training

  • 15 days fully paid training
  • Starts on 02/03/2026
  • Delivered by certified trainers

Salary & Bonuses

  • Gross monthly salary: €1,045.72
  • Quarterly KPI‑based bonus: up to €900
  • Productivity bonus: up to €150/month
  • Career progression:
    • €1,100 after 12 months
    • €1,150 after 3 years

Your Role as a Sales Expert – B2B

You will support Dell B2B operations, working closely with resellers to grow partnerships and generate new business opportunities.

What Youll Do (Day‑to‑Day)

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential Dell resellers
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, providing sales guidance and product support
  • Manage a portfolio of partners and execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Educate partners on:
    • Dell products & solutions
    • Discounts and promotions
    • Events, webinars, and webcasts
  • Support partners in closing deals and generating new leads
  • Participate in remote client meetings and occasional events
  • Use internal tools, the Dell Partner Portal, and MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations

Key Scenarios Youll Handle

  • Reactivating dormant partners (quarterly)
  • Promoting Dell products and partnership benefits
  • Assisting new partners with registration
  • Supporting online events, webinars, and webcasts

What Were Looking For

  • Italian language: Native or C2 level
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in outbound sales, marketing, or account management
    • At least 1 year working in a team‑based environment
  • Strong written communication skills (business‑focused)
  • Solid PC skills and familiarity with computer hardware
  • Good knowledge of MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic sales environment
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
