Italian Content Moderation Specialist

Location: On-site (Porto)

Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotative Shifts (Monday – Sunday)

• Morning: 07:00 – 16:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 23:00
• Night: 22:30 – 07:30

About the Role

We are seeking resilient and emotionally balanced individuals to join our Content Moderation team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining online safety by reviewing and moderating content to ensure it adheres to community standards.

Important Note: This role involves exposure to sensitive, graphic, and potentially disturbing content. Candidates must possess high levels of resilience, strong emotional balance, and the ability to process difficult material professionally.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 1000€ per month (paid over 14 months).

Relocation Support

We offer specific support to help you settle in:

• Relocation from outside Portugal: We provide shared accommodation for up to 12 months. (Detailed terms and conditions will be discussed during the interview process).
• Please Note: This package does not include flight tickets.
• Relocation within Portugal: Available only for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordics, and Dutch).
