Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday

Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00

2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Important Eligibility Note

These positions are for Braga and Aveiro B&M.

Candidates must already reside in Portugal, specifically in or near Braga or Aveiro

No relocation package is offered

Candidates outside Portugal or far from these cities will not be considered

About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. You will provide support to customers, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and high-quality service during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, offering clear and accurate information

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Demonstrate problem-solving skills and effective communication

Work effectively within rotational shifts

Deliver service aligned with company standards and procedures

Requirements

Fluency in German (native or near-native)

Good command of English

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work on-site in Braga

Already living in or near Braga/Aveiro (mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: 1010€ x 14 months

Language/role allowance: 140€ x 11 months

Meal allowance: 7.63€ per day

Braga position bonus: 20€ x 12 months

Free after 6 months of contract
