This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding and engaging with companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment. You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital advertising.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
- Identify and understand customers' objectives and offer tailored solutions.
- Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and sustainable performance.
- Be responsible for increasing spend and campaign upselling.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone interactions.
Requirements
- Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent work experience.
- Languages: C2 level of German and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally with previous client-facing experience in high-stakes environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
- Strong experience in customer relationship management and CRM process improvement.
- Familiarity with using AI tools for workflow optimization and personalized outreach.
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
