In this role, you will be the voice of a major international airline, providing top-notch support to passengers via phone, email, chat, and social media. This is a full-time role offering stability, professional training, and clear growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.
Your Daily Impact
- Customer Support: Assist passengers with queries related to airline services, bookings, and travel requirements across multiple channels.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of service, ensuring each customer feels heard, valued, and well-assisted.
- Accuracy: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to reach performance targets and maintain service excellence.
- Growth: Continuously deepen your knowledge of airline products, services, and internal policies.
What You Bring
- Languages: Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1) – both spoken and written.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Residency: Candidates must already be residing in Malta and hold a valid passport or work permit.
Compensation & Progression
We believe in rewarding your dedication and growth. Your salary will progress as follows:
- Month 1 (Training): €5.60/hour
- Month 2: €8.10/hour
- Post-Probation: €8.50/hour
- After 12 Months: €8.75/hour (Performance-based)
- After 18 Months: €9.20/hour (Performance-based)
