Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector
Location: Madrid
Start Date: 18 May 2026
Contract Structure
3-month temporary contract (initial phase)
Permanent contract based on performance
Salary Package – Madrid
- €22,800 gross/year
€1,200 annual performance bonus
Your Responsibilities
As part of the German banking support team, you will:
Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents
Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-oriented solutions
Maintain high service quality standards
Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
Provide professional support to German-speaking clients
Training & Working Hours
Initial Training
Starts: 18/05/2026
First 5 weeks:
09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule)
Gradual increase up to 35h/week
From Week 6 onwards:
Full-time: 39h/week
Available Shifts (Madrid Only)
Morning: 07:00 – 16:00
Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00
Night: 22:00 – 07:00
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who:
Are native German speakers (mandatory)
Have Spanish level B2 or higher
Are confident in customer communication
Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Have strong empathy and problem-solving skills
Are available to start on 18/05/2026
Have experience in customer service or banking (a plus, not required)
