Position Details

Role: German Customer Support Specialist – Banking Sector

Location: Madrid

Start Date: 18 May 2026

Contract Structure

  • 3-month temporary contract (initial phase)

  • Permanent contract based on performance

Salary Package – Madrid

  • €22,800 gross/year
    • €1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities

As part of the German banking support team, you will:

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Handle banking-related inquiries and front desk incidents

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and customer-oriented solutions

  • Maintain high service quality standards

  • Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues

  • Provide professional support to German-speaking clients

Training & Working Hours

Initial Training

Starts: 18/05/2026

First 5 weeks:

  • 09:00 – 15:00 (initial schedule)

  • Gradual increase up to 35h/week

From Week 6 onwards:

  • Full-time: 39h/week

Available Shifts (Madrid Only)

  • Morning: 07:00 – 16:00

  • Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00

  • Night: 22:00 – 07:00

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are native German speakers (mandatory)

  • Have Spanish level B2 or higher

  • Are confident in customer communication

  • Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Have strong empathy and problem-solving skills

  • Are available to start on 18/05/2026

  • Have experience in customer service or banking (a plus, not required)

Recruitment Process

  • Record a 2-minute video introduction in German

  • 175-word handwritten German test during interview

  • Final review by German banking recruitment manager
