Did you recently move to Greece and are looking for your first job here?

We're hiring German-speaking Customer Support Agents to work remotely for a well-known Swiss financial services company in the digital payments sector.

No experience? No problem.

You'll receive full paid training from home — all you need is motivation and strong German skills.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the support team, you'll help customers with:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails in German
  • Explaining invoices and payment details
  • Clarifying billing questions and reminder fees
  • Assisting with friendly (soft) collection inquiries
  • Updating customer information in internal systems
  • Ensuring customers feel supported and understood

You'll be the voice of a trusted Swiss financial brand — professional, clear, and solution-focused.

Who We're Looking For

German level C1 or higher

English level B2 (for training & internal communication)

Good basic computer skills

Friendly and communicative personality

Responsible and organized

No previous work experience required – perfect for juniors!

Interest in finance or economics is a plus (but not mandatory).
