Your Role
- Support customers professionally in French via approved communication channels
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Ensure a high‑quality customer experience at all times
- Meet productivity and quality targets
- Document interactions clearly and correctly in internal systems

- Fluent French (spoken & written)
- Customer‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work on‑site in Thessaloniki
- Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Gross Salary: €1,045.72 / month
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 20% of gross salary, based on performance
Salary Growth
- After 12 months of cooperation: €1,100.00 gross / month
- After 3 years of employment: €1,150.00 gross / month
(Salary increases apply from the first available payroll cycle after completing the required timeframe.)
Training
