Your Role

  • Support customers professionally in French via approved communication channels
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions
  • Ensure a high‑quality customer experience at all times
  • Meet productivity and quality targets
  • Document interactions clearly and correctly in internal systems

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting Gross Salary: €1,045.72 / month
  • Productivity Bonus: Up to 20% of gross salary, based on performance

Salary Growth

  • After 12 months of cooperation: €1,100.00 gross / month
  • After 3 years of employment: €1,150.00 gross / month

(Salary increases apply from the first available payroll cycle after completing the required timeframe.)

Training

  • Paid Training Start Date: 09 March 2026
