We are seeking a dedicated German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting end-users with technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality support and resolution.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 09:00 – 21:00

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: 1,300.00€ gross per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of your gross salary, subject to target achievement.
  • Career Growth: Salary increases after 12 months of cooperation and again after 3 years of employment.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent German (C1–C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level).

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Location: Must be based in or willing to work in the Athens – Piraeus area.
