The Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic customer support

Assist customers with account management, billing, and technical issues

Provide accurate information about products, services, and features

Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions

Resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Requirements

Fluent/native Spanish (Castilian)
English B1+

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset

Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms

Empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail

Flexibility to work rotational shifts

Language Combinations

Candidates will support one of the following markets:

Castilian + Basque

Castilian + Catalan/Valencian

Castilian + Galician

Salary & Benefits

Without accommodation:

Base salary: €950 gross/month

Holiday allowance: €79.16/month

Christmas allowance: €79.16/month

Meal allowance: €7/day

Total gross cash compensation: approximately €1,262/month

With company accommodation:

Base salary: €776 gross/month

Accommodation benefit: €200/month

Holiday & Christmas allowances

Meal allowance: €7/day

For eligible candidates:

Furnished accommodation available for up to 14 months

Private room in a company apartment

Kitchen, living room, Wi-Fi and cable TV

Utilities included within reasonable usage

Accommodation generally 20–60 minutes from the workplace

Working Schedule

40 hours per week

8 hours/day + 1-hour lunch break
Rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday

24/7 operational coverage

Nights, weekends and public holidays may be included
